Directions

• Exit 52 to Rt 11 S
• Travel 3.5 miles, right onto Clay St
• Turn right onto Rt 34 (Carlisle Springs Road)
• At K St light, turn right

• Exit 44 to Plainfield
• Turn left onto 465 at end of ramp
• Turn right onto Rt 11 N
• Follow Carlisle Fairgrounds signs (Rt 11 N)
• Turn left onto College St
• Turn right onto G St
• Turn left onto West St (turns into K St at bend)
• From K St, the Fairgrounds is straight at the traffic light

• Bear left on ramp to Airport Connector and continue about 2 miles
• Exit on-ramp to PA-283-W and continue about 1.5 miles
• Bear right to 283-S and continue .5 miles
• Exit on-ramp to PA Turnpike W (1-76) and continue about 21 miles to exit 226 (Rt 11 / Harrisburg Pike)
• Bear right after the tollbooth and take US 11 S about 2.5 miles
• Turn right onto Clay St
• Turn right onto Rt 34 (Carlisle Springs Road)
• At K St light, turn right

• l-83 N to PA Turnpike W (1-76)
• PA Turnpike to exit 226 (Rt 11 S)
• Travel 2.5 miles, right onto Clay St.
• Turn right onto Rt 34 (Carlisle Springs Road)
• At K St light, turn right

• Schuylkill Exp. to PA Turnpike W (1-76)
• PA Turnpike to exit 226 (Rt 11 S)
• Travel 2.5 miles, right onto Clay St
• Turn right onto Rt 34 (Carlisle Springs Road)
• At K St light, turn or right

• Rt 270 N to Frederick, MD
• Rt 15 N to Rt 94 N
• Rt 94 N to Rt 34 N
• Rt 34 N into Carlisle (approx. 9 miles)/ Hanover St
• Turn 1st left after the bend onto Spring Rd
• At K St light, turn right

• PA Turnpike E (1-76) to exit 226 (Rt 11 S)
• Travel 2.5 miles, right onto Clay St
• Turn right onto Rt 34 (Carlisle Springs Road)
• At K St light, turn right

• Rt 78 W to 1-81 S
• l-81 S to exit 52 (Rt 11 S)
• Travel 3.5 miles, right onto Clay St.
• Turn right onto Rt 34 (Carlisle Springs Road)
• At K St light, turn right

Exit 65 – Marysville/Enola (Route 11/15)

Take Route 11/15 to Camp Hill to Route 641 West (Trindle Rd). Stay on Route 641 into Carlisle (turns into High St) to East Street and turn right.

Option 1: Keep straight at the second light and you will cross over Route 11 onto Clay St. You will pass Gate 1. Turn right onto Route 34 (Carlisle Springs Road/Spring Road) to Gate 2 or 3. (You may also pass the fairgrounds and turn right at the light onto Cavalry Rd. to the Gate 5 parking lot.)

Option 2: Turn right at second light onto Route 11 North. Turn left at the light onto Cavalry Rd. Near the top of the hill turn left into the Gate 5 parking lot.

Exit 49 – High Street (Route 641)

Turn right onto Route 641 West (High St). At East Street turn right.

Option 1: Keep straight at the second light and you will cross over Route 11 onto Clay St. You will pass Gate 1. Turn right at the light onto Route 34 (Carlisle Springs Road/Spring Road) to Gate 2 or 3. (You may also pass the fairgrounds and turn right at the light onto Cavalry Rd. to  the  Gate 5 parking lot.)

Option 2: Turn right at second light onto Route 11 North. Turn left at the light onto Cavalry Rd. Near the top of the hill turn left into the Gate 5 parking lot.

Exit 47B – Hanover Street (Route 34 North)

Turn right onto Hanover Street and continue North through Carlisle.

Option 1: About a block after a hard right in the road, turn left onto Route 34 North (Carlisle Springs Road/Spring Road). Go straight at the traffic light to Gate 2 or 3.

Option 2: Continue on Hanover Street (Route 11 N). Turn left at the light onto Cavalry Rd. Near the top of the hill turn left into the Gate 5 parking lot.

Exit 45 – College Street

Right turn onto Walnut Bottom Road, continue straight until you pass Thornwald Park, and bear left onto College Street. At the end of the street, turn right onto G Street. Then turn left onto West Street and follow the curve of the street and it becomes K Street. Go straight at light into the fairgrounds.

Exit 29 – King Street (Route 174)

Turn right onto Route 174 and continue to Carlisle (it becomes Walnut Bottom Road). Pass Thornwald Park and bear left onto College Street. At the end of the street, turn right onto G Street. Then turn left onto West Street and follow the curve of the street and it becomes K Street. Go straight at light into the fairgrounds.

Exit 37 – Newville (Route 233)

Turn left onto Route 233 and at light turn right onto Route 11. Continue on this road to Carlisle (it becomes Walnut Bottom Road). Pass Thorn­ wald Park and bear left onto College Street. At the end of the street, turn right onto G Street. Then turn left onto West Street and follow the curve of the street and it becomes K Street. Go straight at light into the fairgrounds.

Exit 45 – College Street

Turn left onto Walnut Bottom Road. Pass Thornwald Park and bear left onto College Street. At the end of the street, turn right onto G Street. Then turn left onto West Street and follow the curve of the street and it becomes K Street. Go straight at light into the fairgrounds.

If you miss the turn onto College Street after you pass Thornwald Park, just continue ahead and turn left at the traffic light onto West Street.

Exit 201 – Blue Mountain

After the toll booth, turn left onto Route 997 (Enola  Road). Continue straight to Route 696 (Turnpike Road); do not turn left to stay on Route 997. In the town of Newburg, turn left onto Route 641 (starts as Main Street but name changes several times on the way to Carlisle and ends as Newville Road). Turn right at the stop sign then an immediate left at the traffic light onto High Street (Route 11). At College Street turn left. At the end of College Street, turn right onto G Street. At the first stop sign turn left onto West Street. Around the curve, it becomes K Street. At the traffic light go straight into the fairgrounds.

Exit 247 – Harrisburg East

Option 1: You will be on 1-283 North after exiting the Turnpike. Continue on 1-283 and stay to the left to get on 1-83 South. After crossing the river, stay straight to be on Route 581 (do NOT exit to stay on 1-83). Continue on 581, stay to the left, and exit onto 1-81 South. (See “From I-81 Traveling South” for directions from exits 49, 47B, and 45.)

Option 2: You will be on 1-283 North after exiting the Turnpike. Continue on 1-283 and stay to the right to get on 1-83 North. Stay to the left to get on 1-81 South. (See “From /-81 Traveling South” for directions from exits 49, 47B, and 45.)

Exit 242 – Harrisburg West

When exiting Turnpike, follow signs to 1-83 North. Stay to left and exit onto Route 581 West. Stay to the left and exit onto 1-81 South. (See “From I-81 Traveling South” for directions from exits 49, 47B, and 45.)

Exit 236 – Gettysburg Pike

Option 1: Exit onto Route 15 South toward Dillsburg. Turn right onto Route 74 North to Carlisle at a traffic light. Continue into Carlisle and at the traffic light at the Hess gas station, turn left onto High Street. At  East Street turn right. At the traffic light at end of East Street, go straight (across Route 11) onto Clay Street. You will pass Gate 1. Turn right onto Route 34 (Carlisle Springs Road) to go to Gate 2 or 3.

Option 2: Exit onto Route 15 North then take Route 581 West. Stay to the left and exit onto 1-81 South. (See “From I-81 Traveling South” for directions from exits 49, 47B, and 45.)
